Nowadays, a lot of people have to change their place for living beacuse family issue, job transfer, and many other reasons. When this comes, if they have a pet, of course they want to move with the pet, since they treat the pet as a part of family, they love the pet. But how can they relocate with the pet when the family need to move? Many people worried about it.Please take it easy, we can help.                     

Here I would like to give some info about how we relocate the pet from China to abroad and within China. There has two plans: And we need you to assist as following:

Plan A :The pet leaving with you at the same flight.
1.Please call your airline to check whether they allow the pet to gets on the plane. If so you just need to buy a ticket for the pet, and it is said some of the     airlines allow the pet to be with you at your seat area if the pet is under 8kg. But you need to check with airline, they will help you handle.
2.Please send us the image page of your passport
3.Please send us a full-body shot of the pet
4. Please give us the detailed information about the pet, like the gender, what is the weight of him/her, the variety and how old is he/she.
5. Please give us the pet’s destination city.

After we got all of the information above, we will give you the certificate for the pet’s transportation , then you can use it to let the pet gets on the plane and take away after you arrived the destination airport when you are picking up your luggage.

Plan B: The pet leaving separately with you
1.Please send us the image page of your passport
2. Please send us a full-body shot of the pet
3. Please give us the detailed information about the pet, like gender, what is the weight of him/her, the variety and how old is he/she.
4.Please give us the pet’s destination address.

After we got all of the information above, we will handle the pet’s door to door relocation. We will help to book the ticket for the pet.We will take the pet way from you at least 1-2 days before you leave and will deliver the pet to your residence after he/she arrives the destination airport ASAP and will keep informed all of the updated information.

Please note : Both Plane A and B are not including the vaccine and cage for the pet . If your pet had injected the vaccine before, you do not need to do it for him/her again. If you hadn’t do it for him/her, please do it before he / she leaves. For the cage, you do not need to buy a new one for the pet if you had original one(especially the one if you used on the airplane for pet before) , since the airline may change the cage for him/her. Both of us can check with the airline before everything settle down. If the pet is younger than 3 months. He/she not allowed to be relocated.
